Volunteers

We would like all parents to help clean, strike sets, and straighten costumes after the production. Let's make Joseph a success from beginning to end and leave FMC as tidy as we found it.

Announcements

· Tomorrow morning, you need to have your make up, jewelry, pants, etc. In a bag with your name on it.
· Dress rehearsal is tomorrow, so be prepared!! Have your stuff…ALL OF IT!!!!!!
· Have your parents signature in, for the cleanup on Friday after the performance.
· Kids, remember that changing your costumes is a fast thing, with specific changing rooms. So, know where you are supposed to be.
· If you brought anything in for your costume, you can take it home after the performance on Friday.

Does anyone have any pom poms? The costume department needs cheered up. So if you could get them down to them ASAP, that would be appreciated.

Monday Madness






What to Wear, What to Wear

Go-Go Girls you need black leggings or black biker shorts. Also, you need BIG gaudy jewelry, like earings, that match the flowers on your costumes. If you want a cami under your costume, bring one.
Girls in the Pharaoh’s Court you need sandals that we can spray paint, or if you have sandals that are silver already you can use those. You also need Egyptian looking jewelry. If you want camis under your costumes, bring one.
Clan and Wives, please bring a plain t-shirt to match or go with your skirt. Also bring crocs of any color.
Brothers, you need crocs of any color! Butler, you need black pants, black shoes, and a white dress shirt.
Ishamaelite Traders, you need dark sandals!

Monday Announcements

We have about half of our total registration fees. Please turn in your check to the registration table tomorrow if you have not done so.

Bios for each cast members are also due tomorrow. Turn these in to the registration table tomorrow morning!

On Tuesday morning, we will also have P.S. Forms. These will let you attach information to your bio, in case you have a creative idea you didn’t think of on your original notes. These will need to be turned in by the end of the day on Tuesday.

Correction!

On Tuesday, only the wives that are go go dancers need to stay until 2:30.

Wednesday Rehearsal TImes

The Pharoah's court members and wives will need to stay until 2:30 on Wednesday, along with narrators, brothers, Joseph, and Jacob.

Tuesday Rehearsal Times

On Tuesday, the Go Go Dancers, narrators, brothers, Joseph, Jacob and wives will need to stay until 2:30 p.m.

Monday Rehearsal Times

Monday rehearsal times are 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The brothers, Jacob, Joseph, the wives and narrators will need to stay until 2:30 p.m.

Registration fees due Monday

Registration fees are due on Monday. Please turn your check for $35 per child in to the registration table.

Rehearsal on Sunday

Rehearsal is on Sunday, 11:30 - 2:30. Bring your lunch.

Treat Yourself

Everyone needs to bring their own snack this year! If you're are staying until 2:30 during the week, please bring your lunch as well. Everything should be disposable.

Registration

Please turn in your $35 registration fee to Pam Jordan on Sunday afternoon, during the 11:30 rehearsal, or on Monday morning at the registration table. Thanks!

The Schedule

Summer Stock hours will run from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for Joseph, Pharaoh, Benjamin, the 12 Brothers, and the Narrators. Wives, Go-Go Dancers and Pharaoh's Court should be available to stay until 2:30 as needed. All other cast members will stay until 12:30 each day, unless notified. Kids will need to bring a healthy snack for break time during the day. Those staying until 2:30 will need to bring a healthy snack and lunch. Please make all snacks disposable.
